Host Jane Blanchard interviews Hans Johnsson who will discuss his project to celebrate Bertha Palmer in 2010, 100 years after her arrival to Sarasota. Hope Black is a historian who will speak about Bertha Palmer and what she meant to Sarasota.

Nicole Boggs

Nicole Boggs is an emerging artist attending Berklee College of Music. She is a Pro-Music major focusing her efforts on songwriting, performance, and contemporary writing and production. Nicole has extensive studio experience including singing backgrounds and a duet on 12 songs from Nashville artist David Fair’s 2008 release I Like You as well as Denver. In 2008 two of original songs were released on a compilation featuring Amy Winehouse, Duffy, and Ayo on the AUR label. Nicole is inspired by a wide array of music such as jazz, rock, blues, folk, and soul. She aspires to take these contrasting and dynamic influences to create her own sound.
